Frequently asked questions
How can I tell if this NE156FHM-NX2 screen is compatible with my laptop?
The best way to ensure compatibility is to disassemble your original screen and verify that the part number matches NE156FHM-NX2. Also, check that your current screen also uses a 40-pin connector, has an FHD resolution, and the same type of mounting brackets (or lack thereof). If your laptop did not come from the factory with 144Hz, confirm that your graphics card and flex cable support this refresh rate.
My current screen is 60Hz, can I install this 144Hz one?
Technically it is possible in many models, but it is not guaranteed. You need to make sure that both your laptop's video flex cable and graphics card (GPU) are capable of transmitting the signal at 144Hz. If you are unsure, it is advisable to look for specific information about your laptop model or consult a professional technical service before making the purchase.
