Our commitment is to achieve your total satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. The return time is 14 calendar days. The cost of the return postage is borne by the customer.

In the case of laptop screens, it is an essential requirement not to have removed the screen protector at any time for its return. If the protector has been removed, the return will not be accepted.

In the event of a defective product, JVS Informática shall proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. JVS Informatica is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform JVS Informatica of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

All items offered in our store are guaranteed for a period of two years (except batteries and chargers that have a 6-month warranty) according to current legislation or, where appropriate, that granted by the manufacturer. With the manufacturer's warranty and the purchase invoice, the repair and replacement will be free for the consumer and user. Said gratuity will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially the shipping costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials.
