Returns / Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied, we refund your money. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt. The price of the product is refunded; the initial shipping cost is a service provided by a third party. The cost of return shipping due to withdrawal is borne by the customer.
- Product defective from origin: contact JVS Informática within the first 4 days of receipt. If the technical service confirms the original defect, JVS Informática covers the collection of the defective product and the new shipment.
- Product that, by mistake, does not match the order: JVS Informática bears the costs of collection and delivery of the correct one.
- Product you are not satisfied with: send it to our warehouse properly packaged. ANY PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT ARRIVE PROTECTED OR WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING DAMAGED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. Products used beyond a functionality check are not accepted. For laptop screens it is essential that the protective film has not been removed.
Once the product is received and its correct condition verified, the amount is refunded using the same payment method.

Warranties
At JVS Informática we apply different warranty periods depending on the nature of the buyer, in accordance with current legislation.
🛡 Private consumers (B2C)
3-year warranty for all products, including accessories and batteries, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TR-LGDCU), amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. In the event of a lack of conformity, repair, replacement and shipping costs (collection and return) are borne by JVS Informática.
🏢 Companies and professionals (B2B)
Applicable to orders invoiced with a company or professional Tax ID:
- Equipment and components: 1 year
- Batteries, chargers and consumables: 6 months
In accordance with Article 1484 et seq. of the Spanish Civil Code and commercial regulations. Shipping costs to the workshop are borne by the customer; the return is borne by JVS Informática if the defect is confirmed.
Note on batteries and accessories
Accessories and batteries are covered by the legal three (3)-year warranty (consumers) under the same conditions as the rest of the products, but the warranty covers manufacturing defects only: cell failures, abnormal swelling from origin, internal short circuit or inability to charge from the start.
The following are NOT covered: the natural loss of capacity or autonomy resulting from normal use and the passage of time (not considered a manufacturing defect), nor swelling or damage caused by external agents or misuse: impacts, puncture or bending, exposure to heat, moisture or liquids, and overcharging due to the use of non-original chargers or incorrect voltage.
Home collection and shipping costs under warranty
The free home collection offered by JVS Informática assumes a valid warranty claim. Once we receive the product, our technical service will determine whether there is a lack of conformity:
- If the manufacturing defect is confirmed: JVS Informática covers all costs (collection, repair or replacement and return), at no cost to the customer.
- If the warranty does NOT apply (improper use, external damage, impact, liquid, overcharging due to a non-original charger, wear and tear, or absence of defect): the collection and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. JVS Informática will inform the customer of the amount before proceeding, and the customer may choose to: (a) pay for the return shipment, (b) collect the product at our premises, or (c) waive the product.
In order to avoid unnecessary collections, JVS Informática may first request photographs, the purchase date and a description of the issue to verify coverage before authorising the collection.
Clauses common to both regimes
Transport: in the event of product breakage due to transport damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos of the damaged product and the box, by email or WhatsApp. BREAKAGE OF INSTALLED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Exclusions: the warranty does not apply to defects arising from improper use, incompatible accessories, breakage from falls, fire, voltage spikes or wear and tear.
If the warranty claim is rejected, the customer has 1 month of free storage at our premises until they request collection of the product. After that period, the storage cost will be €1 per business day. After 6 months and with prior notice to the customer, the product will be disposed of.
