Returns / Right of Withdrawal
Our commitment is to achieve your total satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. The return time is 14 calendar days. The cost of the return postage is borne by the customer.
If the product is defective from origin, you must contact JVS informatica within the first 4 days of its receipt and report the problem. If the technical service considers that it is an origin defect, JVS Informatica will send the same product purchased by the customer and collect the defective product. If the product by mistake, does not correspond to the order: JVS Informática will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the corresponding to the order placed.
If the product you have ordered does not satisfy you:
You can send it to our warehouses by courier and properly packed, so that it does not suffer damage on the way back.
The product must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging and you must return it as you received it. Products that have been used cannot be returned, beyond the verification of its operation.
Once the product is in our warehouses and we have verified that it is in the correct state, we will proceed to make the return of the money by means of a transfer to the account that you indicate.
In the case of laptop screens, it is an essential requirement not to have removed the screen protector at any time for its return. If the protector has been removed, the return will not be accepted.
In the event of a defective product, JVS Informática shall proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. JVS Informatica is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of three (3) years from delivery for all products, including accessories and batteries.

All items offered in our store are guaranteed for a period of three (3) years from delivery, including accessories and batteries, according to current legislation or, where appropriate, that granted by the manufacturer. With the manufacturer's warranty and the purchase invoice, the repair and replacement will be free for the consumer and user. Said gratuity will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially the shipping costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials.
In case of breakage of the product due to damage during transport, you must notify within 24 hours after receipt of the order, including photos, both of the product where the damage is seen, as the box, by mail or whatsapp. BREAKAGES OF INSTALLED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Accessories and batteries are covered by the legal warranty of three (3) years under the same conditions as other products. However, the natural loss of battery capacity or runtime resulting from normal use and the passage of time is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the warranty.
