Shipping and Deliveries

Order Processing: All orders placed on are processed within 1 business day, provided there is stock availability. Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods: We work with reliable express shipping companies such as MRW and GLS.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight and the recipient's location.

Tracking Shipments: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the package in real-time, allowing you to know the location of your order at any time.

Delivery Time:

  • National Shipments: The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
  • International Shipments (Europe): Delivery times may vary between 2-5 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Incidents and Breakages: The period to notify any damage or breakage in the product received during transport is 24 hours from its receipt.

International Shipments and Customs: For shipments outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any applicable tariffs, taxes, or customs charges. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before making a purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Process: To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Non-Refundable Items: Returns of personalized products, downloadable software, and gift cards will not be accepted. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Warranty and Repairs: All our products come with a minimum 2-year warranty. If your product has any defects during this period, contact us to manage the repair or replacement.
