Shipping policy
Order processing: all orders are processed within 1 business day provided there is stock available. Orders confirmed and paid after 3:00 p.m. are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods: we work with reliable express couriers: MRW and GLS.
Shipping costs: calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the recipient's location.
Tracking: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the parcel.
Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
Shipping area: JVS Informática only ships to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal, and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Incidents and breakage: the deadline to report any damage or breakage of the product during transport is 24 hours from receipt, including photos of the product and the box.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns by withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging; items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping due to withdrawal is borne by the customer.

Warranty and repairs
Products sold to consumers come with a 3-year warranty (including batteries and accessories); for companies and professionals (B2B), 1 year on equipment and components and 6 months on batteries, chargers and consumables.
