PURPOSE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Conditions of Use, Sales Conditions, Warranties and Returns, and Payment Methods govern the use of the website https://www.jvs-informatica.com/ (hereinafter "the Website"), owned by JAVIER SÁNCHEZ GUTIÉRREZ, hereinafter JVS INFORMÁTICA, with NIF 72095743N.

Through its website, JVS Informática provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Due to the content and purpose of the Website, those who wish to benefit from its services must have the status of "Customer", which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the steps subsequently communicated by JVS INFORMÁTICA via email. Customer status implies adherence to the Terms of Use in the version published at the time of accessing the Website.

LEGAL NOTICE

This merchant commits to not allowing any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by credit card brands or the acquiring bank to potentially damage the goodwill of the brands, or that uses the credit card brands or the payment process. The following activities are also explicitly prohibited: selling products that alter or disrupt a network, computer system, or similar; selling products that infringe third-party trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

Creating a climate of security and trust is the key to the success of e-commerce. And that is what we provide. You can return the products you have purchased in our store, and we will refund the amount paid.

Returns / Right of Withdrawal

Please provide your order number or invoice number. Our operators will then guide you through the return process. You must send the product(s) within 30 days from the date you notified us of your intention to return, by courier to:

The product must be in perfect condition, preferably in its original packaging, and returned as received. Used products will not be accepted for return.

For laptop screens, it is mandatory that the screen protector has not been removed at any time. If the protector has been removed, the product cannot be considered unused, as the protector film on the screen serves as evidence of non-use.

In the case of a defective product, JVS Informática shall proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. These actions shall be completely free of charge for the consumer, including transport costs. JVS Informática is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of three (3) years from delivery of the product.

Warranties

All items offered in our store, including accessories and batteries, are covered by a warranty period of three (3) years from delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. With the purchase invoice, repair and replacement shall be completely free of charge for the consumer. This includes all costs necessary to remedy the lack of conformity, including shipping costs (both collection and return), labour and materials.

In the event of a lack of conformity, JVS Informática shall bear all costs arising from the repair or replacement of the product, including collection, shipping and return costs. The consumer shall not bear any cost associated with exercising their warranty rights.

JVS Informática is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of three (3) years from delivery for all products, including accessories and batteries.

A lack of conformity does not include deterioration resulting from the use of the product, but rather possible manufacturing faults or defects in the products supplied.

The warranty shall not apply to defects arising from improper use of the product, use of unsuitable accessories, breakage due to falls, fire, incorrect use of the product, power surges, or wear and tear from use.

Note on batteries and accessories: Accessories and batteries are covered by the legal warranty of three (3) years under the same conditions as all other products. However, the natural loss of battery capacity or autonomy resulting from normal use and the passage of time is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the warranty. The battery warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects, such as cell failures, abnormal swelling, or inability to charge from the outset.

If the warranty claim is rejected, the customer has a period of 1 month of free storage at our facilities to request collection of the product. After this period, a storage fee of €1 per working day will apply. After 6 months and prior notice to the customer, the product will be disposed of.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment methods for your orders:

Bank transfer: With this payment method, you make payment in advance by transferring the order amount from your bank or making a deposit at the counter. No commission is charged for this method. Please note that orders paid by transfer will be held for 4 business days awaiting payment (excluding weekends); after this period, they will be automatically cancelled.

Credit card: This payment method is immediate, completely secure, and verified by VISA. All payments made through this method will be validated by your bank. VISA/VISA Electron and MasterCard/Maestro cards are accepted.

Cash on Delivery: With this option, you can pay for your purchases in cash when you receive the package at your home. This payment method carries no additional charge.

SHIPPING POLICY

JVS INFORMÁTICA offers the following home delivery methods:

Express delivery 24/48h: Orders processed and payment confirmed before 3:00 PM will be dispatched for delivery within 1 or 2 business days to the indicated address.

JVS INFORMÁTICA only ships to mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, the Azores, or Madeira.
