These General Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale, Warranties and Returns and Payment Methods govern the use of the website https://www.jvs-informatica.com/ (hereinafter "the Website"), owned by JAVIER SÁNCHEZ GUTIÉRREZ (hereinafter JVS INFORMÁTICA), Tax ID 72095743N.
Through its website it provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Being a Customer implies acceptance of the Conditions of Use in the version published at the time of access to the Website.

Returns / Right of withdrawal
Our commitment is your complete satisfaction: if you are not satisfied, we refund your money. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt. The cost of return shipping due to withdrawal is borne by the customer.
- Product defective from origin: JVS Informática arranges the shipment of the product and the collection of the defective one, covering the return and re-shipment costs.
- Product that, by mistake, does not match the order: JVS Informática bears the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the correct one.
- Product you are not satisfied with: you may send it to our warehouse by courier, properly packaged. The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition; products used beyond a functionality check are not accepted. For laptop screens, it is essential that the protective film has not been removed.
Once the product is received and its correct condition verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method.
Warranties
All items offered in our store, including accessories and batteries, are guaranteed for a period of three (3) years from delivery for consumers and users, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the repair or replacement will be entirely free of charge for the consumer, including all costs necessary to remedy it: shipping costs (collection and return), labour and materials. The consumer will not bear any cost associated with exercising their warranty rights when the defect is genuine.
Deterioration resulting from use of the product is not considered a lack of conformity; only possible manufacturing faults or defects are. The warranty does not apply to defects arising from improper use, incompatible accessories, breakage from falls, fire, voltage spikes or wear and tear.
Note on batteries and accessories
Accessories and batteries are covered by the legal three (3)-year warranty (consumers) under the same conditions as the rest of the products, but the warranty covers manufacturing defects only: cell failures, abnormal swelling from origin, internal short circuit or inability to charge from the start.
The following are NOT covered: the natural loss of capacity or autonomy resulting from normal use and the passage of time (not considered a manufacturing defect), nor swelling or damage caused by external agents or misuse: impacts, puncture or bending, exposure to heat, moisture or liquids, and overcharging due to the use of non-original chargers or incorrect voltage.
Home collection and shipping costs under warranty
The free home collection offered by JVS Informática assumes a valid warranty claim. Once we receive the product, our technical service will determine whether there is a lack of conformity:
- If the manufacturing defect is confirmed: JVS Informática covers all costs (collection, repair or replacement and return), at no cost to the customer.
- If the warranty does NOT apply (improper use, external damage, impact, liquid, overcharging due to a non-original charger, wear and tear, or absence of defect): the collection and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. JVS Informática will inform the customer of the amount before proceeding, and the customer may choose to: (a) pay for the return shipment, (b) collect the product at our premises, or (c) waive the product.
In order to avoid unnecessary collections, JVS Informática may first request photographs, the purchase date and a description of the issue to verify coverage before authorising the collection.
If the warranty claim is rejected, the customer has 1 month of free storage at our premises until they request collection of the product. After that period, the storage cost will be €1 per business day. After 6 months and with prior notice to the customer, the product will be disposed of.

Payment methods
- Bank transfer or deposit: advance payment, no commission. Orders by transfer are held for 4 business days pending payment; after that they are automatically cancelled.
- Credit card: immediate and secure payment (VISA / VISA Electron and MasterCard / Maestro), verified by your bank.
- Cash on delivery: cash payment upon receiving the parcel, with no surcharge.
Shipping policy
Express 24/48 h transport with MRW and GLS. Orders confirmed and paid before 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day, for delivery within 1-2 business days. JVS Informática only ships to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal, and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Distributor discounts
We offer a personalised price list for distributors. To access it, register as a customer and send us your IAE or 036 form to info@jvs-informatica.com; the discounted rate will be available the next day. See the specific conditions for companies and professionals (B2B).
