Product description
This screen with reference NT140WHM-N43 V8.3 is a replacement component designed for laptop repair. With a size of 14.0 inches and an HD resolution of 1366x768 pixels, it offers clear and defined image quality. Its matte finish is a key feature, as it minimizes reflections from ambient light, allowing for more comfortable use in different lighting conditions and reducing eye strain.
The panel uses LED backlight technology, which ensures efficient energy consumption and consistent colors. Connection to the equipment is made via a 30-pin EDP video connector, located on the bottom right of the screen (viewed from behind). This model is supplied without mounting brackets, so it is necessary to reuse those from the original panel. It is a completely new product, ready to be installed by technical services or users with repair knowledge.
Before making the purchase, it is essential to verify that the part number, size, resolution, and connector position match those of your original screen. Below is a video guide on how to correctly identify your laptop screen:

Frequently asked questions
My original screen has a different part number, is this NT140WHM-N43 V8.3 compatible?
It might be compatible, as many panels are equivalent. To ensure compatibility, you must verify that the size (14.0"), resolution (HD 1366x768), connector type (30 pins EDP), and its position (bottom right) exactly match those of your original screen. The safest way is to disassemble the old screen and compare the specifications.
How can I be sure that the 30-pin connector is correct for my laptop?
You must disassemble the damaged screen and physically count the pins on the video connector. This model has a 30-pin EDP connector and is 2 cm wide. If your connector is wider or has a different number of pins (for example, 40 pins), this screen will not be compatible. Also, observe the position, which in this case is bottom right.
Can I install this matte screen if my laptop came with a glossy one?
Yes, as long as the rest of the technical specifications (size, resolution, connector) are identical, you can swap a glossy screen for this matte one. The matte finish will give you the advantage of significantly reducing reflections, which is ideal for working outdoors or in brightly lit offices.
What warranty does it have and how do returns work if it doesn't fit?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If the screen is not compatible or you simply change your mind, you have 14 days to return it. Collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the return shipping costs.
How long does shipping take if I order it today for an urgent repair in Madrid?
Orders placed before 4 PM (Fridays, 3 PM) are prepared on the same business day. For shipments to Madrid and the rest of peninsular Spain, the delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours, so you would receive it in 1 or 2 business days.
