Frequently asked questions
How can I tell if this N140HCG-GR2 REV.C1 screen is compatible with my laptop?
The safest way is to disassemble the original screen and check the part number printed on its back. If it matches N140HCG-GR2 REV.C1, it is compatible. Additionally, you must confirm that the size (14.0 inches), resolution (1920x1080), and connector (30-pin EDP) are identical. Do not rely solely on the laptop model, as it may use different panels.
What is the difference between this IPS screen and a standard TN screen?
The IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology of this panel offers superior image quality compared to TN (Twisted Nematic) panels. You will notice much more vibrant and accurate colors, and the viewing angles are significantly wider, meaning the image does not distort when viewed from the sides. It is a recommended upgrade for graphic design or multimedia consumption.
What warranty does this product have and how do returns work?
The screen has a 3-year warranty for private customers and a 1-year warranty for professionals or companies. Additionally, you have 14 days to make a return if you are not satisfied. Return pickup is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from our warehouse in Spain. For orders to the peninsula (including Madrid) and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). For other European destinations, delivery times vary between 2 and 5 working days.
