What warranty does the keyboard have and what happens if it doesn't work for me?

The keyboard is new and comes with a 3-year warranty for individuals (1 year for professionals). If upon receipt you find it is not compatible, you have 14 days to return it. You can send the product at your own expense or request home collection for €8.90 in Spain and Portugal, a cost that will be deducted from the refund.

How long will it take to arrive if I order it today?

Our shipments are made from Spain. If you place your order before 4:00 PM (Fridays, 3:00 PM) on a working day, it will be prepared the same day. Delivery in Spain and Portugal takes between 24 and 48 working hours. For other EU destinations, the period varies from 2 to 5 working days.
