Frequently asked questions
Is this 01YP680 keyboard compatible with my Lenovo ThinkPad E590 model 20NB?
Yes, the 01YP680 keyboard is 100% compatible with the Lenovo ThinkPad E590 series, including submodels 20NB and 20NC. It is designed to fit perfectly, and all its functions, such as backlight and pointer, will operate like the original. We always recommend comparing the photo with your old keyboard before purchasing.
My original keyboard has part number 01YP717, is this compatible?
Yes, part number 01YP717 is one of the equivalent references for this keyboard. Although part numbers may vary by batch or region, our 01YP680 keyboard is functionally identical and compatible, but with the Spanish layout (with Ñ key). You can install it with full confidence.
Is the installation complicated? Do I need special tools?
Keyboard replacement in compatible ThinkPad models is of medium difficulty. Generally, you will only need a precision screwdriver and a plastic 'spudger' tool to lift the frame without damaging the chassis. We recommend looking for a video tutorial for your specific model to follow the steps safely.
What warranty does it have and how can I return it if I make a mistake?
We offer 3 years warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If the keyboard is not correct, you have 14 days to return it. You can send it at your own expense or request a home collection for 8.90 € in Spain and Portugal, an amount that will be deducted from the refund.
How long does it take to arrive in Madrid?
