It is compatible with a wide range of part numbers, including 861674-001 and the 859535-XXX and 859668-XXX series. Before making a purchase, it is strongly recommended to compare the product photograph with the original keyboard, paying special attention to the shape of the flex cable connector and the position of the anchors to ensure an exact match.

Frequently asked questions
Is this keyboard compatible if my original part number is 859535-171?
Yes, it is fully compatible. Part number 859668-001 is one of the valid references for the HP Chromebook 13 G1, just like 859535-171. Manufacturers often use several part numbers for the same component, but all are interchangeable if the laptop model matches.
My original keyboard is English, but it has the same part number 859668-001. Will this one work?
Yes, it will work perfectly. HP uses the same base part number for different language layouts, only changing a suffix that is sometimes not printed. This keyboard has the physical and logical Spanish layout, with the 'Ñ' key, and will seamlessly replace your English version.
Being 'frameless', is it difficult to install?
Installing a frameless keyboard requires more care. You will need to detach the plastic frame from your old keyboard and attach it to the new one, separating small plastic tabs. If you don't have experience, we recommend looking for a specific tutorial for the HP Chromebook 13 G1 to guide you through the process.
What warranty does the keyboard have and how can I return it if it's not the correct one?
The keyboard has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If upon receiving it you find it's not the correct model, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipment yourself or request a home pickup for 8,90 € in Spain and Portugal.
How long does it take for the order to arrive at my workshop in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders to Madrid and the rest of the peninsula, the delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours. If you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00) on a business day, it is prepared and shipped on the same day.
