The keyboard has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to return it if it is not compatible or if you change your mind. You can manage the return shipment on your own or request a home pickup for 8,90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does it take for the order to arrive at my workshop in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). For other EU destinations, the timeframe varies between 2 and 5 working days.
