My original keyboard was backlit, can I install this model?
You can install it and it will function as a keyboard, but you will lose the backlight function. This model does not include the circuit or the flexible connector for the backlight. If backlighting is an essential feature for you, you should look for a replacement that specifies it includes it.
What warranty does it have and how can I return it if it's not the correct one?
The keyboard has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to make a return if it is not compatible or if you change your mind. Return shipping can be managed by you or you can request a home collection for 8,90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
How long does it take to arrive at my workshop in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from our warehouse in Spain. For destinations in the peninsula, such as Madrid, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours. If you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00) on a working day, it is prepared and shipped on the same day to expedite reception.
