My original keyboard did not have a backlight, will it work if I install this one?
Generally, for the backlight function to work, your laptop's motherboard must have the specific connector for it. If your original keyboard was not backlit, it is very likely that your equipment does not have such a connection, so the keyboard will work perfectly for typing, but the lights will not turn on.
What is the warranty and how can I return it if it's not the correct one?
The keyboard has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If the product is not compatible or you simply change your mind, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipment on your own or request a home pickup for 8.90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does it take for the order to arrive at my workshop in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). For other destinations such as France, delivery usually takes between 48 and 72 working hours.
