This keyboard includes the frame, which simplifies installation. Generally, the process involves removing a few screws from the bottom of the laptop, disconnecting the flat cable (flex) of the old keyboard, and connecting the new one. Precision tools such as a small screwdriver and a plastic pick are recommended.

What warranty does the keyboard have and how can I return it if it doesn't work for me?

The keyboard has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If it is not compatible or you change your mind, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipment on your own or request a home pickup for 8,90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.

How long does it take for the order to arrive in Madrid?

All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders to Madrid and the rest of the peninsula, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). You will receive a tracking number to know where your order is at all times.
