Frequently asked questions
Is this keyboard compatible with my Asus VivoBook S14 S433FA-EB122T?
Yes, this keyboard is fully compatible with the Asus VivoBook S14 S433FA-EB122T model. For complete assurance, we recommend verifying the part number of your original keyboard and comparing it with the list of compatible part numbers we offer, in addition to checking that the product photo matches your part.
Since it's a frameless keyboard, is the installation complicated?
Installing a frameless keyboard is more complex than one with a frame. Generally, it requires disassembling the laptop's top case (palmrest) and securing the new keyboard, often by melting plastic rivets. It is recommended that installation be performed by an experienced technician to avoid damage.
What warranty does it have and how can I return it if it's not the correct one?
The keyboard has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to return it if it is not compatible or if you change your mind. You can manage the return shipping yourself or request a home pickup for 8,90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does shipping to Madrid take?
We ship from Spain. For orders to Madrid and the rest of the peninsula, the delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00) are prepared on the same day, speeding up delivery.
My original keyboard has an English (US) layout, can I install this Spanish one?
Physically, the keyboard should fit without problems if your laptop model is on the compatibility list. However, the key layout will be Spanish (with the 'Ñ' and symbols in different positions). Your operating system must be configured to Spanish for the keys to match what you type.
