Frequently asked questions
Is this keyboard compatible with my Asus VivoBook 14 X1402ZA?
Yes, this keyboard is fully compatible with the Asus VivoBook 14 X1402ZA model. For complete certainty, please check that the part number of your original keyboard matches 90NB0WP2-R30US1 or one of the listed equivalents and that its physical appearance is identical to that in the images.
My original keyboard has the reference 90NB0WP2-R30FR1, is this compatible?
Yes, part number 90NB0WP2-R30FR1 corresponds to the French version of this same keyboard. Our keyboard is compatible in terms of connection and anchors, but it has the key layout in Spanish (with the 'Ñ'). If you are looking to replace your French keyboard with a Spanish one, this is the correct part.
What does it mean that the keyboard is 'frameless' (No Frame)?
A 'frameless' keyboard is the part that contains only the keys and their mechanism, without the plastic bezel surrounding it. Installation requires disassembling the old keyboard from the top case (palmrest) and riveting or fixing the new one in place. It is a more complex repair than that of a framed keyboard, recommended for technicians.
What warranty does the product have and how can I return it if it doesn't work for me?
The keyboard has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to make a return if you are not satisfied. You can manage the return shipping yourself or request a home collection for 8.90 € in Spain and Portugal, an amount that will be deducted from the refund.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders in Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24-48 working hours. For France, the period is 48-72 hours, for Germany 48-96 hours, and for the rest of the European Union, between 2 and 5 working days.
