Product description
The replacement keyboard with part number 90NB0WP2-R30US1 is specifically designed for Asus VivoBook 14 laptops of the X1402 and X1403 series. It features a QWERTY key distribution in Spanish, including the 'Ñ' key, making it ideal for replacing a defective keyboard or changing the layout of an imported device.
This is a frameless (no frame) version with backlight, in silver color, which maintains the original aesthetics and functionality of the device. This model also integrates the power button. Being a new component, it ensures optimal tactile response and durability for any professional or home repair.
Installing a frameless keyboard requires technical knowledge, as it involves separating the old keyboard from the laptop's top case (palmrest), which is often fixed with plastic rivets. It is recommended that installation be performed by a qualified technician.
This keyboard is compatible with part numbers from other language layouts, such as 90NB0WP2-R30FR1 (French). Although the physical part is interchangeable, this product is shipped with the Spanish key layout (with 'Ñ'). Always check the product image to ensure the layout is what you need.

Frequently asked questions
Is this keyboard compatible with my Asus VivoBook 14 X1402ZA?
Yes, this keyboard is fully compatible with the Asus VivoBook 14 X1402ZA model. For complete assurance, check that the part number of your original keyboard matches 90NB0WP2-R30US1 or 90NB0WP1-R30US1. The shape, connectors, and mounting points are identical.
What does it mean that the keyboard is 'frameless' (no frame)?
It means that only the keyboard is sold, without the plastic frame surrounding it. You will need to remove the old keyboard from your laptop's top case (palmrest) and install this one in its place. This process usually requires melting some plastic rivets, so prior experience or consulting a professional is recommended.
Does this keyboard include the laptop's power button?
Yes, this keyboard model integrates the power button directly into its structure. When replacing the keyboard, the power button is also replaced. It is a specific design for compatible models, ensuring identical functionality to the original.
My original keyboard has part number 90NB0WP2-R30FR1 (French), can I use this one?
Yes, part number 90NB0WP2-R30FR1 corresponds to the French version, but it is physically compatible. This keyboard has a Spanish layout (with 'Ñ'). If you install it, your laptop will function perfectly but with the keys and symbols of the Spanish language, ideal if you wish to change your device's layout.
