Product description
The replacement keyboard with part number MP-11F16LA-528 is specifically designed for the Asus EeePAD Transformer Prime series of convertible tablets. It is the perfect solution for repairing keyboards with defective keys, those damaged by liquids, or for changing the layout of a foreign keyboard to Spanish.
This component features a QWERTY Spanish layout, including the 'Ñ' letter and all characters specific to the language. It is supplied frameless (No Frame), meaning it is ready to be installed in the original device chassis. Its black finish and dimensions of 25.4 cm x 9.5 cm ensure a precise fit in compatible models. This keyboard does not have backlighting.
Although this keyboard has a Spanish layout, it is physically compatible with keyboards of other layouts, such as those with references ending in -US (English) or -IT (Italian). Before purchasing, it is essential to verify that the part number of your original keyboard matches MP-11F16LA-528 or one of its equivalents to ensure connector and mounting compatibility.
The installation of a 'frameless' (No Frame) keyboard is a technical process that requires detaching the original component from the device chassis. Generally, it is secured by plastic rivets that must be melted or specific adhesive. It is recommended that the replacement be performed by a qualified technician or a user with prior experience in this type of repair.
