Yes, it is highly recommended. After installing it, charge the battery to 100% without interruptions. Then, use the laptop until it is completely depleted and turns off by itself. Finally, charge it back to 100% without using the equipment. This initial process helps the operating system recognize the actual capacity and display the charge percentage accurately.
What warranty does it have and how can I return it if it's not compatible?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If the battery is not compatible, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipping on your own or request a home pickup for €8.90 in Spain and Portugal, a cost that will be deducted from the refund.
How long does it take for the order to arrive at my workshop?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. For Spain and Portugal, delivery is within 24-48 business hours. For other EU destinations such as France or Germany, the period is 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (3:00 PM on Fridays) are shipped the same day.
