What warranty does this battery have and what does it cover?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and a 1-year warranty for professionals. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature cell failures. It does not cover natural wear and tear from use or damage due to mishandling. If you have any issues, you can contact our technical service.
My laptop doesn't recognize the battery or won't charge, what can I do?
First, make sure the battery is correctly connected. Sometimes, resetting the battery controller can solve the problem. Disconnect the charger, turn off the laptop, remove the battery, hold the power button for 30 seconds, reinsert the battery, and connect the charger. If the problem persists, contact our support.
How long does shipping take and what do I do if I want to return it?
Shipping to Spain and Portugal takes between 24 and 48 working hours. For other EU destinations, the timeframe is 2 to 5 days. You have 14 days to return the product if you are not satisfied. You can manage the return yourself or request a home pickup for €8.90, which will be deducted from the refund.
