What warranty does it have and what do I do if it doesn't work or doesn't fit my device?
The battery has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If upon receipt it is not compatible or has any defect, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return yourself or request a home collection for 8.90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does the order take to arrive?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. For orders in Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours. For other EU destinations, such as France or Germany, the delivery time may vary between 2 and 5 business days.
