Yes, it is highly recommended. To calibrate the new battery, charge it completely to 100% with the laptop turned off. Then, turn it on and use it normally until the battery is completely discharged and the device turns off. Finally, charge it back to 100% without interruptions. This process helps the system recognize the battery's actual capacity.
What warranty does it have and what do I do if it doesn't work or fit?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If the battery is not compatible or has any defect, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipping on your own or request a home pickup for 8.90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does the order take to arrive?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders to Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours. For France, the period is 48 to 72 hours, and for the rest of the EU, delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days. Orders placed before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00) are prepared on the same day.
