What warranty does the battery have and what do I do if it doesn't work or fit?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If the battery is not compatible or has any defect, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return on your own or request a home collection for 8.90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does it take for the order to arrive at my address?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. For Spain and Portugal, delivery is made in 24-48 business hours. For France, the period is 48-72 hours, and for Germany and the rest of the EU, it can take between 2 and 5 business days.
