What warranty does it have and what do I do if it doesn't work or doesn't fit my laptop?
The battery has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If upon receipt it does not fit or does not work correctly, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipping on your own or request a home collection for €8.90 in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does it take for the order to arrive at my workshop in Madrid?
Orders to peninsular Spain and Portugal are delivered within 24-48 business hours. If you place the order before 4:00 PM on a business day (3:00 PM on Fridays), it will be prepared and shipped the same day, so you could receive it the next day.
