To do this, charge the battery to 100%, let it rest for an hour, then use it until the laptop turns off due to low battery, and finally, charge it back to 100% without interruptions. This helps the system recognize the actual capacity.
What warranty does it have and how can I return it if it's not compatible?
The battery has a 3-year warranty for individuals (1 year for professionals). If it is not compatible, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipping on your own or request a home pickup for 8.90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
