What warranty does it have and how do returns work if it doesn't suit me?
The battery has a 3-year warranty for private users (1 year for professionals). If it is not compatible or you change your mind, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipment yourself or request a home collection for 8,90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24-48 working hours if you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). For other EU destinations, such as France or Germany, the period varies between 2 and 5 working days.
