This cycle helps the system recognize the actual capacity of the new battery and display the charge percentage accurately.
How many hours of autonomy can I expect from this battery?
Autonomy depends on laptop usage (screen brightness, running programs, WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity). With 47 Wh capacity, this battery is designed to offer a duration similar to the original when the equipment was new. You can expect several hours of office use or web browsing on a full charge.
What warranty does it have and how does the return work if it is not compatible?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If the battery is not compatible or has any defect, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipping on your own or request home collection for 8,90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
How long does it take for the order to arrive at my home or workshop?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders in Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours. For other EU countries such as France or Germany, the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. Orders placed before 16:00h (15:00h on Fridays) are prepared on the same day.
