Frequently asked questions
Is this screen's resolution 4K? The part number includes 'N4K'.
No, this screen is Full HD (1920x1080 pixels). The 'N4K' suffix in the part number NV173FHM-N4K is an internal manufacturer code (BOE) and does not indicate a 4K resolution. The 'FHM' specification in the panel code confirms that its native resolution is Full HD.
How can I know if this screen is compatible with my laptop?
The safest way is to disassemble your original screen and verify that the part number matches NV173FHM-N4K V8.0 or an equivalent. Additionally, check that the key specifications are identical: 17.3 inch size, Full HD resolution (1920x1080), and, most importantly, the 30-pin eDP connector.
What warranty does the product have and how do returns work?
We offer 3 years warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to return the product if you are not satisfied. Return shipping is at your expense, or you can request a home pickup for 8.90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does the order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped from Spain. For Spain and Portugal, delivery is in 24-48 business hours. For France, 48-72 h; for Germany, 48-96 h; and for the rest of the EU, 2 to 5 business days. The cut-off time for preparing same-day orders is 16:00 (15:00 on Fridays).
My original screen is not IPS, can I install this one?
Yes, you can generally upgrade a TN panel to an IPS one if the size, resolution, and connector are identical. This IPS screen will offer a significant improvement in color quality and viewing angles compared to a standard TN panel.
