Frequently asked questions
My original screen is a B156HAN02.1, is this KD156N20-30NI-A005 model compatible?
Yes, it is fully compatible. The part number B156HAN02.1 is on our list of equivalent references. Both screens share the same key specifications: 15.6 inches, FHD 1920x1080 resolution, IPS technology, and eDP 30 pins connector. You can install it with full confidence.
Does this panel come with side brackets to screw it to the laptop?
No, this screen has a 'slim without brackets' format. This means it does not include the side metal brackets. You will need to carefully remove the brackets from your original screen and mount them on this new one. This is a standard procedure in most modern laptop repairs.
What does it mean that I can receive an equivalent model? Will it be of worse quality?
It means that you might receive a panel from another top-tier manufacturer such as AUO, BOE, Innolux, or LG, but always with identical or superior characteristics: same size, resolution, connector type, and finish. We guarantee that the compatibility and image quality will be at least equal to those of the advertised model.
What warranty does the screen have and how can I return it if it doesn't work?
The screen has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If it doesn't work or is not compatible, you have 14 days to request a return. We offer free collection in Spain and Portugal for your convenience. Contact our technical support to manage any incident.
