Frequently asked questions
Is this N156HRA-GAA screen compatible if my original panel has a different part number?
It is very likely, but not guaranteed. Compatibility depends on the size (15.6"), resolution (1920x1080), connector type (40 pins), and its position (bottom right). If these characteristics match your original screen, it should be compatible. We always recommend visually comparing your old panel with our photos.
My current screen is 60Hz. Can I install this 144Hz one to upgrade my laptop?
Technically it is possible in some models if the connector and dimensions are identical. However, the laptop must be capable of managing the 144Hz signal. This upgrade is not guaranteed on all devices and may require advanced knowledge. Perform this modification at your own risk.
What warranty does the panel have and what happens if it is not compatible with my device?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers (1 year for professionals) against manufacturing defects. Additionally, you have 14 days to return the product if it is not compatible or if you simply change your mind. Collection is free in Spain and Portugal.
How long will it take to arrive if I order it today from Madrid?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). For other EU destinations, the delivery time varies between 2 and 5 working days.
