The 30-pin eDP connector has an approximate width of 2 cm. You can count the gold contacts to be sure. Do not force it if it does not fit easily. If your original screen is HD (1366x768), it is very likely to use this connector. 4K screens usually use 40-pin connectors.
What warranty does it have and how does the return work if it doesn't suit me?
This product has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to make a return if you are not satisfied or it is not compatible. Return collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
How long will it take for the order to arrive at my workshop in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from our warehouse in Spain. For orders to the peninsula (including Madrid), the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). You will receive a tracking number to check the shipping status at all times.
