Frequently asked questions
Is it compatible if my original screen is 60Hz but also 15.6", FHD, and 40-pin?
Technically it could be compatible, but it is crucial that your laptop's video cable (flex) and graphics card support the 144Hz signal. Some laptops use the same cable for 60Hz and 144Hz, but not all. We recommend checking your laptop model's specifications or consulting a technician to ensure upgrade compatibility.
How can I be sure that this N156HRA-GAA REV.C1 screen is the correct one for my laptop?
The most reliable way is to disassemble the damaged screen and verify the part number printed on its back. It must match N156HRA-GAA REV.C1. Additionally, check that the size (15.6"), resolution (1920x1080), connector type (40 pins), and its position (bottom right) match your original panel.
What tools do I need to change the screen?
Generally, you will need a set of precision screwdrivers (Phillips #0 or #00 type), a plastic pick or a thin opening tool (spudger) to separate the screen bezel without damaging it, and possibly a suction cup to handle the panel. Work on a clean and anti-static surface.
What warranty does the product have and how do returns work?
This screen has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to make a return if you are not satisfied. We offer free collection for returns within Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
How long does shipping to Madrid take?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For destinations in the peninsula, such as Madrid, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place your order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). You will receive a tracking number to check the shipping status at all times.
