A courier picks up your equipment at your home and we return it repaired. You don't leave your house.

HOW IT WORKS - STEP BY STEP

2. We pick up your laptop at home

An express shipping courier picks up your equipment at the address you provide within 24-48 business hours. Courier pickup; shipping is shown as a separate line of the quote.

3. Professional diagnosis

Our technicians examine your equipment and determine the exact fault.
Free diagnosis. Pickup and return shipping (€29.90 incl. VAT private customers, €11.90 professionals) is a separate line of the quote.

4. Detailed, no-obligation quote

You will receive a personalized quote by email with the exact cost of your repair. You have 15 days to decide, with no obligation.

5. You decide

If you accept: we repair your equipment. The diagnosis is free.
If you decline: we return the equipment to you. You only pay the pickup and return shipping (€29.90 incl. VAT private customers, €11.90 professionals).

6. Repair + home return

We perform the repair, pass quality control, and send your laptop by express shipping to your home. 3-month warranty on parts and labour.

Important: The price shown on this page is indicative and corresponds to the estimated minimum cost for this type of repair. The final amount is determined by a personalized quote after diagnosing your equipment. We will never repair without your prior approval of the quote.

Laptop graphics chip repair. Due to dirt entering the laptop's cooling system, it does not cool properly and overheats. This excess temperature causes the balls connecting the computer's graphics chip to the motherboard to desolder, and the equipment stops sending an image to the screen or does so in a distorted way.

This repair includes:

  • Extraction of the laptop graphics chip
  • Replacement with a new chip
  • Cleaning of the laptop motherboard
  • Reballing of the graphics chip
  • Cleaning of the laptop cooling system.
  • Replacement of chip pads
  • 3 months warranty
  • Return of the laptop to your home.

If the repair requires any component or the price varies from the contracted service, the client will be informed of the cost variation always before the repair.

In case of rejecting the quote, 20 euros will be charged for shipping costs.
