A courier picks up your device at your home and we return it repaired. You don't leave your house.

HOW IT WORKS - STEP BY STEP

1. Request your repair

2. We pick up your laptop at home

An express delivery courier picks up your device at the address you provide within 24-48 working hours. Courier pickup; shipping is shown as a separate line of the quote.

3. Professional diagnosis

Our technicians examine your device and determine the exact fault.

4. Detailed, no-obligation quote

You will receive by email a personalized quote with the exact cost of your repair. You have 15 days to decide, with no obligation.

5. You decide

If you accept: we repair your device. Diagnosis is free.
If you decline: we return the device to you. You only pay the pickup and return shipping (€29.90 incl. VAT private customers, €11.90 professionals).

6. Repair + home return

We perform the repair, pass quality control, and send your laptop by express delivery to your home. 3-month warranty on parts and labour.

Important: The price shown on this page is indicative and corresponds to the estimated minimum cost for this type of repair. The final amount is determined by a personalized quote after diagnosing your device. We will never repair without your prior approval of the quote.

This service applies in cases where the laptop's BIOS is corrupted. We reprogram it and update it with the latest BIOS version available for the motherboard. If the BIOS chip needs to be replaced due to damage, the cost would increase by approximately 10 euros. This service includes:

  • Pickup of the laptop anywhere on the peninsula (Spain or Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.
  • Laptop repair in our facilities.
  • 3 months warranty
  • Home return of the laptop.

If the repair requires any component or the price varies from the contracted service, the client will be informed of the cost variation always before the repair.

In case of rejecting the quote, 20 euros will be charged for shipping costs.
