HOME SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE PENINSULA

Pickup and return included by express delivery.
A courier picks up your equipment at your home and we return it repaired. You don't leave your house.

HOW IT WORKS - STEP BY STEP

1. Request your repair

Click "Request repair" and complete the form with your equipment details, the fault, and your pickup address.

2. We pick up your laptop at home

An express delivery courier picks up your equipment at the address you provide within 24-48h business hours. Pickup included in the price.

3. Professional diagnosis

Our technicians examine your equipment and determine the exact fault.
Diagnosis cost: 29,90€ (deducted from the total if you accept the repair).

4. Detailed, no-obligation quote

You will receive a personalized quote by email with the exact cost of your repair. You have 15 days to decide, with no obligation.

5. You decide

If you accept: we repair your equipment. The diagnosis is free.
If you decline: we return the equipment to you. You only pay for the diagnosis (29,90€).

6. Repair + home return

We carry out the repair, pass quality control, and send your laptop by express delivery to your home. 3 years warranty.

Important: The price shown on this page is indicative and corresponds to the estimated minimum cost for this type of repair. The final amount is determined by a personalized quote after diagnosing your equipment. We will never repair without your prior approval of the quote.

Multiple electrical problems can occur on a laptop motherboard. Short circuits, damaged components, overloads... At JVS Informática, we repair all these issues. We offer this service for a price of 180 euros + VAT included. It includes the following:

  • Pickup of the laptop anywhere on the peninsula (Spain or Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.
  • Laptop repair in our facilities.
  • Cleaning of the laptop's cooling system.
  • 3 months warranty
  • Return of the laptop to your home.

If the repair requires any component or the price varies from the contracted service, the cost variation will always be communicated to the client before the repair.

In case of declining the quote, 20 euros will be charged for shipping costs.
