No, they are not interchangeable. Although both batteries may physically fit in the same space, the TE03XL has a voltage of 11.55V (3 cells) and the TE04XL has 15.4V (4 cells). Installing the wrong battery can damage your equipment. You must order exactly what the label on your original battery indicates. The TE04XL (PN 905175-271, HSTNN-DB7T, etc.) is not compatible.

Is it necessary to calibrate the new battery after installation?

Yes, it is highly recommended. After installation, charge the battery to 100% without interruption. Then, use the laptop until the battery discharges to 10-15%. Finally, fully charge it again. This process calibrates the battery sensor with the operating system and ensures accurate autonomy measurement.

What warranty does it have and how can I return it if it is not correct?

We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If the battery is not correct, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipment on your own or request a home collection for €8.90 in Spain and Portugal, an amount that will be deducted from the refund.

How long does it take for the order to arrive at my address?
