The cardboard packaging is regular, the box doesn't fit the battery size well. The interior lined with protections is correct. The inner plastic packaging protecting the battery itself is correct. The sticker on the battery is poorly attached. A slight bulge in the central part. The main reason for rating the product so low is that basically the laptop battery didn't work. Once installed and following the instructions (start the laptop without power connection) the device doesn't start, doesn't recognize the battery, doesn't deliver even a volt, it seems broken, even though it's new... A big disappointment. Let's see if they exchange it for one that works.
