What warranty does the battery have and what do I do if it doesn't work or doesn't fit?
The battery has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If upon receipt it does not fit or does not work correctly, you have 14 days to request a return. You can send it on your own or request a home collection for 8.90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does shipping take and from where is it sent?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. For orders to Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24-48 business hours. For other EU destinations, such as France or Germany, the period may vary between 2 and 5 business days. Orders are prepared the same day if placed before 4:00 PM (Fridays, 3:00 PM).
