Frequently asked questions
How can I tell if this N156HME-GAK REV.C1 screen is compatible with my laptop?
The best way to ensure compatibility is to disassemble your original screen and check the part number printed on the back. If it matches N156HME-GAK REV.C1, it is compatible. Additionally, you must confirm that your laptop uses a 15.6-inch screen with a 40-pin eDP connector located in the same position (bottom right).
Will I notice the difference between my old 60Hz screen and this 144Hz one?
Yes, the difference is very noticeable, especially in games and when moving windows or scrolling. A 144Hz refresh rate updates the image 144 times per second, resulting in much smoother and sharper motion compared to standard 60Hz. This reduces motion blur and improves the visual experience.
