Frequently asked questions

Is this 144Hz screen compatible if my laptop came with a 60Hz one?

Technically it is possible in some models, but not guaranteed. Compatibility depends on the video cable (flex) and your laptop's graphics card. To ensure 144Hz operation, the equipment must be designed to support this refresh rate. We recommend checking your laptop's specifications or consulting a technician before making a purchase.

How can I be sure that the 40-pin connector is correct for my device?

The safest way is to disassemble the original screen and physically compare the connector and its position (bottom right in this case) with the product images. Additionally, you can search for the part number of your original screen; if it matches LP156WFG(SP)(B2) or a known equivalent, compatibility is high. Measure the connector, it has a width of 2.5 cm.

My current screen is not IPS, will I notice the difference with this one?

Yes, the difference is very noticeable. IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology offers much more accurate and vivid color reproduction, as well as superior viewing angles. You will see a sharp image without color distortion even when looking at the screen from the sides, which does not happen with standard TN panels.

What warranty does the product have and how can I return it if it doesn't work for me?

We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to return the product if it is not compatible or if you simply change your mind. Return collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.

How long does the order take to arrive and where is it shipped from?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. The delivery time for Spain and Portugal is 24-48 business hours. For France, the delivery time is 48-72 hours, and for Germany and the rest of the European Union, it can vary between 48 and 120 business hours.
