I purchased a screen model N140HCG-GQ2 REV.C1 which has a brightness of 400nits according to specialized websites.

Upon mounting it and seeing that it worked, I trusted in the good work of this company, thinking that even if it was another model, it would have the same specifications as the one I purchased, and I removed the protective film it comes with, which specifies that returns are not accepted once removed.

After using the laptop for a while and feeling that the screen brightness was not sufficient, I performed a test to see the screen model I had installed and its nits, and I realized it was a 250nits screen.

When speaking via WhatsApp with the company, they refuse to exch
