Frequently asked questions
How do I know if this N156BGA-EB3 REV.C3 screen is compatible with my laptop?
The safest way is to disassemble your original screen and check the part number on the back label. If it matches N156BGA-EB3 REV.C3, it is compatible. You must also verify that the size (15.6"), resolution (1366x768), and connector (30-pin eDP, bottom right) are identical.
My original screen was glossy, can I install this matte one?
Yes, as long as the rest of the specifications (part number, size, resolution, and connector) are identical, the finish is interchangeable. The matte finish is preferable for working in brightly lit environments, as it significantly reduces reflections on the screen.
Is this screen difficult to install? Do I need special tools?
The difficulty varies depending on the laptop model. Generally, you will need plastic tools (spudgers) to open the bezel without damaging it and a precision screwdriver. It is a delicate process that requires patience. We recommend searching for a specific tutorial for your laptop model on YouTube.
What warranty does it have and how does the return work if it's not the correct one?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to return the product if it is not compatible or if you change your mind. Return pickup is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
How long does the order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. For Spain and Portugal, delivery is within 24-48 business hours. For France, the timeframe is 48-72 hours, and for Germany and the rest of the EU, it can take between 2 and 5 business days.
