The battery has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to make a return if you are not satisfied. Return shipping is at your expense, or you can request home collection for €8.90 in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does the order take to arrive?
Our shipments are made from Spain. For orders in Spain and Portugal, delivery is within 24-48 business hours. For France, the period is 48-72 hours, and for Germany, 48-96 hours. Orders placed before 16:00 (15:00 on Fridays) are prepared on the same day.
