You must install a battery with the same part number and voltage as the original to avoid damage to the equipment.
Is it necessary to calibrate the battery the first time I use it?
Yes, it is highly recommended. To calibrate it, charge it to 100%, leave it connected for 2 more hours, then use the laptop until it turns off due to low battery (approx. 5%). Finally, perform a full charge to 100% without interruptions. This process helps the operating system recognize the actual capacity of the new battery.
What is the warranty and how can I return it if it doesn't fit?
The battery has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If it is not correct, you have 14 days to return it. You can send it at your own expense or request a home collection for €8.90 in Spain and Portugal, an amount that will be deducted from the refund.
When will I receive the battery if I buy it now?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (3:00 PM on Fridays) are prepared on the same business day. Delivery in Spain and Portugal takes between 24 and 48 business hours. For other European Union countries, the delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
