Finally, charge it back to 100% without interruptions. This process helps the system recognize the battery's actual capacity.
What warranty does it have and what do I do if it doesn't work or fit my device?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If the battery is not compatible or has any defect, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return yourself or request a home collection for 8,90 € in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does the order take to arrive?
All our orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. For Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24-48 business hours. For France, 48-72 hours, and for the rest of the European Union, the period varies between 2 and 5 business days.
