The battery has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If upon receipt it does not work or is not physically compatible, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipping on your own or request a home pickup for 8.90 € (in Spain and Portugal), which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does it take for the order to arrive at my address?
All our shipments are made from our warehouse in Spain. For orders in Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours.
