What warranty does this battery have and what happens if it doesn't work or fit?
The battery has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If for any reason it is not compatible or has any defect, you have 14 days to return it. You can manage the return shipment on your own or request a home pickup for 8,90 € in Spain and Portugal.
How long will it take for the order to arrive at my workshop in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place the order before 16:00 (Friday, 15:00). You will receive a tracking number to check the status of the shipment at all times.
