The battery has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 6 months for professionals. If upon receipt you find that it is not compatible, you have 14 days to return it. You can arrange the return shipping yourself or request a home collection for 8,90€ in Spain and Portugal, which will be deducted from the refund.
How long does it take for the order to arrive at my workshop in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours. If you place your order before 16:00 (15:00 on Fridays), it is prepared and shipped on the same day, so you could receive it the next day.
