Frequently asked questions

My laptop uses a 15.6" screen with 40 pins, is this NV156FHM-NX1 V8.1 compatible?

Even if the size and connector match, compatibility depends on the exact part number of your original screen and whether your laptop supports 144Hz. We recommend removing your damaged screen and checking the part number on the rear label. If it matches NV156FHM-NX1 V8.1, compatibility is guaranteed.

Can I use this 144Hz screen to replace my current 60Hz panel?

Technically it is possible on some models, but it is not guaranteed. The ability to handle 144Hz depends on your laptop's graphics card, motherboard, and video cable (flex). If your equipment was not designed for 144Hz, the screen might not work or be limited to 60Hz. Check your laptop specifications before buying.

What tools do I need to install it and is it a difficult process?

You will need precision tools such as a small Phillips screwdriver, a plastic pick, or a suction cup to separate the bezel from the frame. The process requires care not to damage the connectors or the bezel. If you do not have prior experience in laptop repair, we recommend having the installation performed by a professional technical service.

What warranty does the product have and how do returns work?

This panel comes with a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. In addition, you have 14 days to return it if you are not satisfied. Pick-up for returns is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
