Frequently asked questions
How do I know if this LP156WFJ(SP)(B1) screen is compatible with my laptop?
The safest way is to disassemble your original screen and check the part number on the back label. If it matches LP156WFJ(SP)(B1) or an equivalent, it is compatible. Also, verify that your current screen is 15.6 inches, FHD (1920x1080) resolution, and uses a 40-pin eDP connector.
What is the difference between a 60Hz screen and this 144Hz one?
The refresh rate (Hz) indicates how many times per second the image is updated. A 144Hz screen updates the image 144 times, compared to 60 for a standard panel. This results in much smoother and more fluid motion, especially noticeable in video games, high-speed videos, and when moving the cursor or windows.
What warranty does the product have and how can I return it if it doesn't work for me?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to return the product if it is not compatible or if you change your mind. Collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer manages the return shipment.
How long does shipping take if I order it today?
Orders placed before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00) are prepared on the same business day. The delivery time is 24-48 business hours for Spain and Portugal. For France, the period is 48-72 hours, and for Germany and the rest of the EU, it can vary between 2 and 5 business days.
