Frequently asked questions
Is this screen compatible if my laptop has a 60Hz one?
Technically it is possible, but compatibility depends on the video cable (flex) and your laptop's graphics card. Some models support 144Hz without issues, but others do not. We recommend that a technical service verifies that your equipment can handle this refresh rate before purchase to ensure correct operation.
How can I be sure that the 40-pin connector is correct?
The best way is to disassemble the original screen and physically compare the connector. This model uses a 40-pin eDP connector with a width of 2.5 cm, located on the bottom right (looking at the screen from behind). Compare this arrangement with your original part. If you have doubts, you can contact our technical support with a photo of your connector.
What does the warranty cover and what is the return policy?
The screen has a 3-year warranty for private customers (1 year for professionals) covering manufacturing defects such as dead pixels (according to manufacturer's policy) or electronic failures. You have 14 days to return the product if it is not compatible or you change your mind, with free collection in Spain and Portugal.
How long does shipping to Barcelona take?
We ship from our warehouse in Spain. For any destination in the peninsula, such as Barcelona, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). Orders placed after that time are prepared on the next working day.
What are the advantages of a matte finish over a glossy one?
The matte finish, like that of this screen, disperses light instead of reflecting it. This significantly reduces reflections from windows or lights, which improves visibility and reduces eye strain, especially in office environments or brightly lit places. Colors may appear slightly less saturated than on a glossy screen, but visual comfort is superior.
